i. the Prairie stands as a symbol of peace and prosperity among the islands
ii. anyone is welcome to live here so long as they do not bring harm to the Prairie or any of it's residents
iii. adventure and exploration is not only allowed, but encouraged! residents are asked to use their better judgement and not travel to places that could bring them harm
iv. the head of the prairie has final say in all prairie matters. the secondary and third positions are not able to be challenged for and are selected by the head
v. the guardians take on a more active role in the prairie; they must protect the inhabitants of the prairie and go on patrols of the prairie borderlines and shore. they can welcome strangers to the prairie and invite anyone to live here, though they must inform one of the leaders of any newcomers or visitors

OOC: I've left this open for any listed to join in. Before he left, Nico would have asked Nox if he wanted to come along to see Citrus. Nico is also calling for Citrus and Lir in this post trying to gauge Citrus's wants. I know everyone is away, but wanted to get this up before the season changes. Set just a couple days after Nico's challenge which would be the beginning of Winter.

Fall was coming to its end and winter would soon have its icy clutches around Tinuvel. He hoped to have Citrus home before Tinuvel became one giant blanket of snow, but it was all up to chance. Lir could turn out like Annubis and agree to his deal. Though what deal would he truly have if Dreamer decides not to return? Nico left the decision up to her so his offer to Lir would be up to fate. Plus, he still needs to find out if Citrus even liked Nox.

It was be oddly poetic if the pearl mare decided to stay with Lir despite his trouble to get her home. Nicodemus had let Nox know of his plans to travel to Luthien today and had offered he could come along. It was a mystery to the calico stallion if Nox would show up, but Nico didn't wait for him on the Shore. Once the morning sun rose the Inlet leader crashes unto the sea and begins the journey towards Luthien. He had let Dreamer know she was welcome to come along, but he thought that she might stay behind just a little longer on Tinuvel.

The pretty mare had at least seemed interested in a new place. He chuckles lightly, again thinking Citrus could have said the same thing on her end. Multi colored legs pull his body out of the gentle waves as blue eyes scan the surrounding Prairie. It was quiet and he wasn't exactly here to disturb the peace of this land. He was here to do business and get home as quickly as he came.

Nico shakes his coat free of what water he could, raises his muzzle, and calls for Lir. He then calls for Citrus thinking if she showed he could ask her directly what it was she wanted.
