Hello Chalkies - Greetings from Fabulous western New York (WNY) !

Sovereignty is one of the best horses to come along in many years. He has locked up horse of the year regardless of what he does in the Breeders Cup.

I am impressed by his 10 length victory and every quarter of the race was under 25 seconds.

On the other hand a 1 to 4 favorite romping in a 5 horse field is not that impressive.

I made a few dollars on the race. I took a $ 20 flyer on wheeling him in the exacta and trifecta. If the 5 McAffee had finished 3rd it would have been some real money !
