Only the dead have seen the end

It was time to strike while he still had the power.

Brunhild has told him many times now that his days in the Cove were numbered in yet he still remains. He was almost beginning to think she lies about her power though there was the possibility that her power was waneing. She had complained many times how her direct bloodline was ruining their legacy. How her child had screwed up and now her power was being suck from her. It could be true, but has he really seen any of her predictions come true?

Spotted legs carry the pony stallion across the outskirts of the Peak. The path was rough, but he has come this way before so he manages just find. His shaggy coat still drips with liquid from the recent swim, but he doesn't bother to shake it away. The sun would slowly dry him and most would fall off by the time he made it to his destination. The Commons was a place he visits often to continue to sprung life into the Cove, but instead of taking a path through the mountains he keeps towards the Falls.

This wasn't a place he came to often, but the sound of the waterfall calls him closer. Almost as if they were saying his name. It wasn't long until he spies the beautiful scenery, complete with a lone mare resting in the sun. She seems too tired, or relaxed, to notice him and he thinks about letting her be. Just thinks about it. Instead, he walks closer with quiet steps. He didn't know the mare and he hadn't cared too...until he got a closer look.

Her painted markings cause her to stand out in such a way that intrigues him. Much like Crane, Hawk, Harpy, Jay, and Raven (though hers was a scar) it was the face markings that draw him in. He doesn't know why considering one of his most loyal was solid red with only a simple blaze. One would think you wanted them simple. No, he would rather them fight bursting with personality.

It was sure to get him into trouble as it already somewhat has with his dangerous Harpy. Warwick comes to a stop, blocking some of her sunlight. The stallion grins wondering what she might say about his intrusion.
