There is no such thing as retro due on meal $$ or house dues. If they make an issue of it, tell them you will only make the one time payment by check, pay it to the Capt. of the house, and get a receipt. Then notify IAD immediately that you were forced to pay. What this house is doing is wrong and it sounds like they’re targeting the medics.
