Just like Frank Velez as the director of the OEMC. What a joke. The guy can't talk and use his own words but let's make him the director of the largest communication center. PERFECT!! Walker is even funnier. Guy can't tie his own shoes if you gave him the velcro. How's the LT Commander all-start Pat Jessee doing at 35th street??? HAven't heard him in a while.
