I think Stu's response was reasonable and understandable. Obviously a whole roster full of El Barba's would be horrific. But Stu's answer to why they keep him makes perfect sense. And despite Barba's skill level, I don't view him as someone who is a dangerous player. Carbello is a much more dangerous player. Speaking of him since he is one of the originals, he has become quite the backcourter.
