Question for Benny

Hi Benny,

First off, thank you for all you’ve done to establish a great product at Dania Jai-Alai. The improvements have really shown, and bringing fans the First Annual Biscayne Cup was a fantastic addition — we really appreciate the effort and dedication.

That said, there’s one glaring issue that still stands out, bad serves. While the overall play has been strong and improving year over year, the number of serves going out of bounds continues to hurt the flow of the games, bettors, and fans. As an example, I watched a performance last year where a player committed five bad serves in a single performance. That is simply unacceptable from a professional.

I wanted to ask: what are the plans this year to address serve accuracy? Will there be mandatory serve practices? Could players not having problems getting their serves in work alongside those who are struggling most? Will there be fines or other accountability measures for repeated bad serves? Are there other actions you plan to take?

I know everyone is working hard to make Dania Jai-Alai the best it can be, and this feels like one of the last major hurdles. Thanks again for your leadership and commitment — looking forward to another exciting season!
