Absolutly-
There should be no pay for this as everyone should be a medic
Divers and Haz-Mat pay only when working on Haz-mat or dive team for day.
8 hours holiday for off going shift (12AM-8AM) 16 for oncoming (8AM - midnight)
No drivers pay as its benefit to not go in on runs.
No clothing allowance as its all free.
No duty availability as its antiquated.
No education reimbursement as you cant learn firefighting in a book.
