It had been one thing for him to spy her beauty from afar and then to approach, but being able to watch the smile that spread across her lips unfold in perfect detail did something to the young male. He couldn't help but let his own lips reflect a similar expression to hers in the wake of his eager anticipation.
Surprise made the smile deepen into something wicked when the silver-haired mare spoke. It stoked a curiously, pleasurable feeling within the young male to hear her take up the tone and words so many stallions had used before. In so many words, the silver smoky black had turned the tables on him. This was a game Akkadian had not expected, but it was one he was delighted to play with her.
"How foolish of me," the leopard teased in return. His weight shifted as the young male settled into place before her. "Lucky, you were here to tell me the error of my ways." Dark lips parted as a low laugh thrummed forth. Kade's citrine eyes practically glowed with mirth as he made to introduce himself. "I'm Akkadian," he articulated, humor lacing the words. "Who might you be?"
