Everyone wants to lead an extraordinary life

In his short time span he has seen what true fear looks like. He knows about his aunt's nightmares that come and go. He knows about the loss of a child, the loss of family, and what preditors on the island could do to them. Even so, he had not expected Addison's reaction. True terror took over her at the thought of water. He has never seen anyone scared of water, but he also was now aware of her condition. Not being able to see had to have something to do with it.

It seems his explanation has helped. Her body calms, her breathing goes back down, and her soft voice apologizes. He shakes his head. "Dont be sorry," He smiles lightly even though she wouldn't be able to see it. "I didnt mean to frieghten you further." She was already having such a horrid day. Addison steps forward so he figures she was ready to continue on. He walks forward again keeping silent as they walk. Something inside him begins to stir.

He wonders if he could help her overcome this fear of water. His head raises as they step out into the clearing and the more flat stretch of grassland in the Inlet. There was water in the distance, but they were far enough away Addison shouldn't come in contact with it unless she needed a drink. "We are here." He says as he realizes he had asked his daughters to stay put nearby.

How could he have forgotten them! His eyes go wide when he spots them a little ways to the right. A deep sigh leaves his lips. They were okay, still playing, but they soon spot their father and begin calling. "Uh oh," He sputters. There was no way Addison could handle their energy right now. "I'm sorry about this Addison." He says as his daughters yell 'daddy' over and over as they bounce closer.
