There was another head of security guy at Fort Pierce named Jack Kelly (sounds Irish). There was also a rumor that a player at the Fort had FBI ties (Brian?) Not sure if these guys had any links but I wouldn't doubt it. Whitey Bulger had a big crew of crooks and FBI on the payroll and they infiltrated World Jai Alai. It would be hard to believe that a former FBI agent was rubbing elbows with a crooked FBI agent in the same fronton and didn't know what was up.
