Nice clever quips, and attacking people by name on this board is super cowardly. You know you’re a little cowardly b!tch to call people out while hiding behind the screen. Why don't you tell it to their face tough guy? Instead of trying to understand the other side, let’s just scream at them and call them stupid. That mindset is exactly why the country’s in the shape it’s in. Both political extremes drag reasonable people into the mud because they can’t discuss ideas without turning it into a game of “gotcha.”
You can mock the protest all you want, but reports say around 300,000 people showed up. That’s not some fringe group, and you can bet there were plenty of different opinions among them, but that level of nuance usually blows right over your caveman head.
Also, watching uneducated firemen suddenly turn into political experts online is always entertaining. And “John Galt” is a laughable name to hide behind. If you actually read the book, you’d know Ayn Rand’s hero was a selfish blowhard who walked away from society, not some deep thinker. If Rand were alive today, she’d probably fire every unionized fireman in the first chapter and call it a victory for capitalism. Or maybe you think paying five guys to carry grandma down the stairs is what the elites call efficiency. Either way, you are on the governments teet, while you scream at the government as evil, and corrupt........ as long as it isn't you and your paycheck. Peak hypocrisy. Replies:
