For at least a decade, the two places I go to most frequently in the Atlanta area are Eats (a favorite lunch place; their jerk chicken was on Eater Atlanta's list of essential dishes in the city) and Raging Burrito (I have been going there to get takeout since our 19-year old was a baby). Eats closed recently, almost certainly because it is in a gentrifying area and the owner got a godfather offer for the real estate. Raging Burrito is being sold because the owner is getting close to retirement. It's draining to operate a restaurant and most people struggle to do it for too long. Also the margins are slim, especially if you aren't making a lot of money from alcohol.
