Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Luxor took a moment to appreciate the surprise plastered so plainly across the painted boy's face. What must it have been like to live out there somewhere on the Islands with no knowledge of your relation to someone else? He wondered what, if anything, Khorvaire knew about their father or of him. Would their mother have raised the tobiano to know so little about family?

The young male nodded along with the other. Their faces nearly mirrored each other in their shared excitement. Then, the black had asked: "Did Mother send you to live with him here too?� Cocking his head, Luxor considered his answer. "I've always lived here," he ultimately explained, shaking his head a little along with the words. He had been too old to leave with his mother and little brother when she had been won by the Peak. Not that he wanted to go, but.. Luxor had thought she'd bring Khorvaire to visit at least.

"I'm pretty sure we have different mothers," the youngster teased. "Just in case, what's your mom's name?"
