Re(2): Current roster can't play on full court Posted on November 8, 2025 at 01:35:00 AM by full court
High school and college leagues acknowledge they’re developmental; Magic City claims to be professional. If MC were meant as a stepping stone for players to learn and refine their skills, or for an aging player to extend his career, that would be a different story altogether. In addition, one could argue that any established player moving from the full-sized cancha to spending an extended period at Magic City, say two or three years, would likely show diminished skills when returning to a full-sized cancha. The smaller court slows instincts, disrupts timing, and alters shot selection.
Also, your comparison to high school sports doesn’t hold up. High school and college football fields are the same size as those in the NFL. The game isn’t shrunk down for them, the competition level is what changes. That alone shows how weak that analogy really is. Replies: There have been no replies.
