Typical on this forum, no one just comes right out and says something. It’s always a riddle or an inside joke that we’re all supposed to know.
EY Report is from Ernst - Young, who were paid to look into cost cutting measures for the city. They suggested to cut manning and turn some ALS ambos into BLS.
The mayor basically threw the report in the trash. It’s another report that will be ignored
