As human rat(or resources) your job in radio is simple. It's much like a PD or a consultant. You make people miserable and preach how everyone is in "always in a negative mode" and are just "sad and lonely."
I won't say the rest because if you have been radio as you dream you have been you have turned your eye to many of radio indiscretions that are now your part of your thumping Bible.
Your redundancy of synonyms is purely a farce.
