Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

take the world by storm » Rúna

The young Associate was so pleased with himself as he ferried the mare over the Lagoon's border that he practically vibrated. His seal-toned muzzle reached out to bump her hindquarters should she falter in pressing deeper. He had won!! His first battle, and he had won against a seasoned fighter. The tobiano could effectively levitate over the ground with the help of his over-inflated ego.

After another minute or two, Luxor let her stop. He was still high of the adrenaline of victory and didn't know what to do with her now that they were back. This all brand new territory for him. The Boss' order said she couldn't be considered his unless he recruited another Brother first. He wanted her, and truly it mattered very little to him if his attentions were reciprocated. Who knows, maybe she would fare better with the more feral men. He eyed the black paint casually, utterly relaxed in his own home.

"Welcome to the Lagoon," he offered with a confident expression on his features. "I'm Luxor." Was she sad to leave that loser? Or was she embarrassed by him and glad to be here? Maybe he should wait to see if she'd warmup to him before gloating.. lol, nah. He wasn't trying to be mean really, just talking like a smarmy jock would if he was talking to a pretty girl about the loser he just clobbered.

"It must suck that that guy flubbed the battle so bad. Maybe he'll do better when he comes to get you." A rotten, over-confident jackass; that was Luxor.
