Dan is a good guy and great friend to the amateur jai alai community. Dan is a great advocate for amateur play and if it was up to him there would have been amateur programs at all the frontons he ever worked at.

Dan's vision for Magic City was to give contracts to all the local amateur players until he was forced to go in a different direction. Dan is still broken up about this.

Dan always says, "I've never met an amateur player that I didn't like" and uses it as his personal motto.

Dan is good people!!
