What Jim Suheel doesnt account for is the that emotion and passion, which he obviously loves, can come with respect. Respect being the key word.

Can you picture "Jim" on the bowling approach getting pissed off because the other bowler next to him is going crazy just throwing a strike?

This bowler is fired up but not very respectful.

The post that said Ubilla sucks is pretty accurate. He does suck, he's probably uneducated and definitely disrespectful.
