I think the Reserved Name list should be cleaned up in tandem with official Activity Checks. I am not in favor of more frequent clean-ups than that. Activity Checks are well established and give players plenty of notice to respond before their characters are moved to inactive status. It would make sense to use the same standard for a player's reserved names.
