The right person to ask in Kansas City is Scott Parks.

He's been in charge of hiring and firing for over 20 years.

If you're his right mix, you're in

If not then you're not.

Scott has his dibs on all the Audacy station hires.

It's okay. Audacy is in on it.

Scott use to invite people out, but he doesn't do it anymore.

He meets most for lunch after his show.

He eats at the same place with the potential new hire and orders the same thing.

No, I won't tell you where and I won't say what he eats, but he talks about it all the time.
