A glitch in the W&W matrix.

It certainly looks like you can bet $1 on WPS - the $1 button is right there - but if you submit, it complains that you have invalid bet amount. If you try to reach $2 with 2 $1 picks, you get past that barrier, but then fail at the next one.

Bottom line = NO.
