If most people had to go and endure long lines and people behind yelling for you to hurry up and God forbid if you bet more than most the issues there, it is definitely hurting handle. Get another teller and if things can easily be handled by one, then cut the other loose. I used to be a mutuel teller in-between jobs in the 90's for a few years and tellers were asked all the time if they wanted to go home early. ONE teller is definitely detrimental to handle and can make visiting the Dania site to bet on Jai-Alai one to remember, and not in a good way.....

pls don't mention the SAM machines people can use, there are those that spend too long at those, abusing their privilege of using them, mostly just to get those "lucrative" $1 win bets.....
