His heart is content with the family he has gained. There was a moment of silence for those he has lost, both the unknown and those he knows to be dead. His heart still aches for them everyday though he watches his newly born children with pride.
Those that have stayed in the Inlet appear to be happy. They smile and he smiles back knowing he was doing his best. Still, he has found himself wandering again in his free time. Not that he got to leave the island much, but he was glad he had. It led to reconnecting with Olyla who he had met long before becoming a herd leader. He wasn't sure she would join him home, but at least he knew where she was now.
It was nice seeing the beautiful face of Dreamer as she seems to be settling in nicely with the herd. It was still a shock to him that he was chosen over the home she used to know. He smiles as blue eyes scan over the open field of his home. One more mare comes to mind as he watches his herd graze. How was Pyre?
His lead mare has been quiet for awhile even before Zohara left to the Hills. Was she mad at him for it? His smile dissapears at the thought. A cool breeze lifts his hair around him as he ponders. It was difficult enough to get through this particularly harsh winter without worrying about Pyre being angry. Was Tinuvel punishing him? Replies: There have been no replies.
