Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Cast into a ring of fire

She could have easily chosen one of the neighboring lands to explore for her half sister. It seemed boring though when exploring is what she was after. Sure, she could meet the other leaders and she probably still would later but she wanted to try another place first. Traveling to the main island seems like the best option so she does just that. What the young mare doesn't now was that the place closest to her home was the Lagoon.

Her grey mother had not known much about the place so she didn't bother to warn her of it. Mother Nyimara had just asked her to find Naytre, do some recruiting while she was out, and then return. Thankfully, the safety of the Desert would protect her mistake.

The greying dunskin exits the sea on the southern edge of the Lagoon. It was quiet as her curious eyes scan the new surroundings. This place was much different than Salem, but the sand beneath her hooves were similar. She wonders if this whole island was sand too or it the sand would dissapear the further inland she went.

Shoulders shrug followed by a shake of her greying coat. She steps just a little further before calling out into the void. If no one was coming to her natrually she would just bring them forth out of their hiding places. Not that she has given it much time since her arrival, but she was impatient.
