Lucà watched the boy, his eyes watching for signs of pity, because if there was one thing Lucà hated, it was pity. And boy knew others would pity him for what he told. Because lets be honest, anyone would there’s no blaming someone for feeling pity when they hear about a heartbreaking story. He shifted on his feet, dropping his head as he sighed.

“It may not be safe but for now its home.” he replies before the boy speaks again. Rebel spoke of Lucà joining him, well, them. And he shook his head. “I don’t know if I’m ready to leave here. I’d be alright with a visit, I think. But nothing more yet.” Let’s be honest, even the idea of a visit had Lucà shaken to the core.
