Haha, so because it didn't appear in the transcripts it didn't happen? Fitz was promised by Chuy to be the next Fire Commissioner because Fitz was kicked out of his previous position as a EMS Department Inspector...or as we on the street called it a Pimp! He was pissed Local 2 didn't go to bat for him, and the rest is history. His M.O. has always to phuck everyone around him, but he remains in the background, and is why his signature didn't appear on anything. He was "charging/asking" for donations (union dues for the rival organization), which is a violation of the C&B's. The best descriotion I ever heard was he was the "Pied Piper of the west side".
