Even if the officer does bail we have 13 other members that are picking up the slack. Do you really need a useless lt or capt anymore like back in the day without radios.....Just saying. Just act like the 24th battalion where only every 4th person actually will get dressed for a working fire. How did it work out for the lt few weeks ago that broke his leg???? Idiot trying to save the world.....
