They lasted because they spent money on amenities. Every off season/period, fans would come back to new stuff, like the sports room.

And when handles started dipping, they added top talent Like Bolivar (even past prime awesome) and Inclan.

They also were good dating option, as security tolerated nothing, and being in a safe area, no one feared parking lot crime.

They were Ct's best managed fronton, by far, for fans.
