Don't know if anyone has ever discussed bastardizing Spec 7 scoring in order to make it comparable to horses carrying extra weight.

Complete non-starter since the betting public, such as it is, would be horrified.

But for me, a cool concept. After all, there are plenty of competitions that use handicaps.
