The smokey mare sighed, a bit of annoyance leaking into her stance. She had tried to politely decline his offer of being walked home. She was not getting it through to this stubborn stallion that there was no way she was walking into the ridge with him. Her dad would flip his lid if she did that, why on earth would she willing put herself in that situation.
Facing him she stood, head held high I’m going to have to decline your offer her tone a little more forceful this time my father will flip his lid if I march into the ridge with you in tow. I’m rather not bring more of his wrath down on myself that I already get her tone was sharp, done with the pleasantries and instead making her point crystal clear to him.
She glanced out towards the sea, it was churning but no more than the mare could handle, and honestly she rather handle the sea than her pain in the ass father. Setting her sights back on the infuriating stallion determined to march her back to her father she moved a few steps that would indicate which direction she was going to go.
You can go tattle on me if you must, nothing I can do about that her smirk was all false humour he might believe you she said with a shrug however I refuse to be your pawn in whatever move to gain favour with my father that your trying to make she said, her tone giving a finale edge to it. She was done with this conversation, turning to head towards the water instead.
