Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

WECHUGE
stallion | 18.0hh | bay (blood) tovero | lagoon

“That's crazy mate.” Came a voice from the deepest and darkest part of the Lagoon. “What ya mean though?” Words filled the air, some of them understandable and some of them just a murmur, as if the one that was speaking to the louder one was trying to be quiet. Brows furrowed in that thicket of shrubs. “No.” Again the louder of the voices spoke, begging to understand but also fight against what it was that they had heard. “Thats… thats insanity.” A head shook, the sound of branches moving with the movement the only reason an outsider might be able to tell that movement was being made.

Hours later, the voices were gone. A solo creature stood in the knee deep water, his head lowered as he looked at his own reflection. Licking his pale lips, the stallion with jagged facial white shifted his weight before slowly prowling from the foliage. Wechuge, in all of his glory, escaped the brush and moved farther into the Lagoon. It had been quiet as of late, almost too quiet. His ears were on a swivel, listening to anything that might pop up. It was not like he would hear anything sadly, but one could hope.

Lifting one hoof after another, he prowled from the deep marsh and onto a spot that was more firm under his hooves. Noticing how he did not sink, Wechuge gave a content groan before he hung his head again. Lipping at the grasses that were growing fresh thanks to spring, he managed to drag in a mouthful before one ear twisted quickly. Stiffening his posture, Wechuge narrowed his eyes on the ground right in front of him. Chewing what he had in his mouth, the stallion finally lifted his head and looked behind him. “Come on out Sparky… you don't sneak very well when sloshing through water.”
