I think I agree with you and find confort in the idea that China will likely not gamble with future life on our planet. That's more than I expected.
This is not personal, Reality. Do you know what I do on the internet? And on TV in my career? I was in the MEDIUM, and by definition and we rebroadcast what other people say for a living--even out of the mouth of our competitors' journalism.
Network corporate owners may not agree, but professional journalists hold the news and allegience to revealing the truth to the public in higher regard.
But as a journalist to a fellow publisher, my advice to you is to contribute more than just unsubstantiated links unless you're just sharing interesting viewpoints... something I OFTEN do but I choose sourced views over unsourced ones.
When I republish questionable, doubtful and absent sources, I introduce them with the words "Interesting..." to make it clear I'm sharing, but not endorsing. I don't have a crystal ball, nor the sources to run ideas past. Moreover, I don't know all of what I don't know but I know somethings and I do know I'm not an accurate predictor. Otherwise I'd not be a liberal since I got out of the news business. I'm sad to say other people didn't agree with me, else Trump would never have been elected.
Most in here don't reveal sources or explain how they came about their views in here. I dont' even know what you do for a living. I can't check your "Profile" of schooling or experience but it doesnt exist on Boards2Go. Generally before I repost anybody's stuff, I look at their profile and their past posts to help me determine if they have enough credibility to pass on their views to others. The author of your several posts didn't satisfy that requirement, hence I didn't and won't Share them. If others have similar views, well that's something else. Lets remember most winning ideas have to grow on people before they're accepted.
