I’m the witch; (Mazikeen)

Baba Yaga of the Forest
And you're the ingredients.

A point had been made that day. Baba Yaga had arrived, even if it had been mentally draining, and done something her birth mother had never accomplished. Sighing as she stood in her home now, the woman looked over towards the ocean. She shouldn't have done the fight, knew it deep into her bones. The gut wrenching nervousness that now plagued her body made the mare wish she could throw up. She had taken Mazikeen, but hadn't thought far enough ahead in all honesty on what she would do once the spotted woman arrived.

Not leaving a note, not even calling, Baba Yaga waited quietly for the spotted mare to arrive. She didn't keep track of the time, not really caring. It was when Mazikeen did arrive that Yaga stood at the beach waiting. She behaved herself, kept herself calm, but she couldn't fully hide the disgruntled look that lined her face. She had to hold her tongue, keep herself neutral. Her chest ached knowing she had to do it, but her tongue tasted bitterness in her mouth at the fact she was doing it.

Seeing Mazikeen, Yaga dipped her head slowly before turning slightly. “You do not need to stay on my banks.” Her voice flowed steady as she stood calm. “You don't need to stay in my territory either. Your captivity is null and void. Do as you wish.” Turning away then, Yaga clearly didn't leave room for more conversation. It was up to Mazikeen on what would come of her predicament. The world was now in the other mares hooves… so what would Mazikeen do with true freedom?
