The Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS) has ruled that it lacks jurisdiction to hear the appeal filed by the Spanish Pelota Federation, against the decision of the International Federation of Basque Pelota…….The TAS maintains that it does not have the authority to arbitrate the official status of the Basque Pelota Team. News from various Spanish newspapers.
