It was a foul; the ball hit the white line, you can see it in the replay, and it's clearly a foul. The company can change the result; there's no betting involved. It's a huge injustice against Urreizti-Lopez. If they have instant replay, tools to help referees with difficult decisions, this time it wasn't used; the mistake is still there. If the TV hadn't shown the replay, the referee's decision would have been final, but everyone saw it on TV. It was a foul.
