My understanding is the Miami front wall and side wall will be used, the back wall is the tempered glass, same as MC so they will retain the same set-up behind the glass wall, keeping those great video shots from behind the glass.
People seem to think you can't use a regular Jai-Alai ball with the tempered glass, but the regular ball was tested on the original MC court, but they found a better option after significant testing, one that reacted better after the ball hit the floor. There was testing with different ball options and from what I'm hearing in Dania chat from a good source, the ball has been determined and locked in, and practicing has started.
Also, the court will be a bit longer than current MC was, somewhere between 3-6 feet longer, can't recall exactly and didn't write it down. Plus, if I recall correctly the width will be a bit further beyond the current Miami out-of-bounds foul line. Replies:
