Per KenPom, Rutgers is the worst team in any of the P4 conferences. They would also be the worst team in the Big East. MSU was one shot from having a truly dreadful loss.

Also, the KenPom projection as of this morning is for a four-way tie at 16-4 in the Big Ten between UM, MSU, Nebraska, and Illinois. UM and MSU and 1 and 2 in defense; Illinois and Purdue are 1 and 2 in offense.
