He is the clear choice for anyone Tier 2. However, I believe Steinmetz will probably win. Which is not at all a bad thing. Flisk should have hedged his bets and ran for the VP spot.

Even Ryan isn’t a bad choice (from what I’ve heard). I just don’t know anyone about him.
