Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Painted Demon (block)

The painted stallion had been keeping an eye on the one mare who had now been injured that he almost didn’t see the other mares movements. Almost. The fact the mare rarely left the hideout he’d given her over a year ago made it strange to see her out and about. He knew exactly what she was up to. He could pretend he hadn’t seen her? Let her and her younger daughter go? Yer that just wasn’t him though, and the thought of the thrill of the chase got his blood pumping and adrenaline spiking.

Mind made up and having given her a head start he quickly follows after her, his eyes catching the flash of grey ahead of him, he’d seen the stallion around the Lagoon but wasn’t overly familiar with him, not that he needed to be. He slowed on seeing the younger stallion, his eyes flicking between the grey stallion and the younger one, something was going on but it wasn’t his problem. With the younger one preoccupied he skirted round them him with ease, quite why the lagoon stallion was assisting the escaping mare the mind boggled.

Charging up the hill he saw the two mares and groaned. If it would have only been one mare he would have taken his chance to charge through them, but two.. yer he knew his limits.
Coming to a stop his eyes glanced over to the fleeing mare come now Clio, are you really going to leave poor Briseis in the lagoon by herself? his voice was silky sweet a impressionable yearling left all alone without her mother to guide her his words were suggestive and his smirk devious as he worked to pull on the mares heart strings.
