Tracy has no chance. No past President who has was voted out was ever reelected back in. The drunk Tracy will not be the exception. Take a look at his campaign literature. The minute you see his mug and read neuropathy you toss it in the trash. Cleary gets the retiree vote, that is the historical precedent.
