Sorry, there's no fail-safe. There was no Oierdi notification here, and I don't have any access to the info.

You can assume that a previous scratch will continue, but that doesn't always work.

There's usually a page at the start of the broadcast, and a crawl at the bottom, but that doesn't leave much time.

Benny often helps out with early notifications, but that's a helping hand, not a responsibility.

So, flying blind it is.
