Re(3): Battlecourt...first 4 matches--thoughts?

I agree with this . At 1st I didnt care for how the court and ball were playing. But after several matches, I will say I think I like this court better. It plays more like true traditional jai alai. And this is a great point by Ted. Now a well placed shot from the frontcourter to the back kills the point with a chic chac or chula. Every ball at MC came way out setting up an easy point for the opposing front on the rebote. Also the wider court makes for "truer" remates and caroms. It took some getting used too but I like it. The disallowing of live fans doesn't make sense and I wonder why they do this. I will say on Friday night, while I didn't see a crowd shot, it seemed lively and well attended. They should of started the quinellas along with battle court. I think the quinellas would get some people in the stands in miami where it was obviously once played.
