Boss's Decree

For every brother you bring into the Lagoon, you may have a trinket of your own. I will not touch, barter, trade, or do anything with them. For every foal you create that lives here in the lagoon, you must win a battle or bring in a new brother.

If neither of these criteria are met, come them turning two and remaining in the lagoon, they are mine to do with as I see fit.

The Offspring

Briseis (Carthage x Clio)
Flynnrir (Garmr x Druna)
Gersemi (Garmr x Dior)
Gothic (Garmr x Dior)
Phaethon (Acid x Sabah)
Sadie (Abraxas x Mercy)

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Painted Demon

The black tobiano was in a foul mood. He couldn’t believe that a brother of the lagoon would go against one of there own and actually assist in a mares escape. The fact that it was Clio who had escaped made it all the worse as Tattoo had brought her into the lagoon. He still had her yearling daughter to occupy himself with but still. Oh he knew that neither of the females were his, however with the lagoon in a odd state of lacking, no one really seemed to be paying heed to the rules anyway.

And so Tattoo would continue to treat the yearling filly as his until someone else told him otherwise and started enforcing the rules around here. The fact he had saved her from the cat had hopefully indebted the youngster to him. And the fact her mother had left her all alone here in the lagoon when she had fled couldn’t hurt either. Just thinking of the mare brought a fresh wave of anger to him. He was no saint, far from it but he was loyal to the brotherhood… mostly.

Stalking through the lagoon, along well memories paths so he didn’t end up falling into one of the mud pits his walking became more stomping, as each hoof fall was powered by the anger in him, searching as he went for the traitor Abraxas who had assisted the mares escape and turned on his own brothers. His opinion of the grey stallion Rutger had also dropped, as he was first to come upon the young stallion trying to block his path he had stopped to chat with the traitor, effectively letting the mare go as well. He should have just barrelled into the younger male like Tattoo would have done had he come across the traitor first, the only reason he hadn’t attacked the younger stallion was it was quicker to skirt around him at the time whilst Rutger had distracted him.

However now, now he was out for blood, specifically the traitors blood. He wanted to leave the lagoon did he, fine Tattoo would help him do some, in pieces if the older male had any say in it. He knew infighting between brothers was frown upon, but at least in his eyes, Abraxas was no longer a brother. He’d severed those ties when he’d assisted in clio’s escape.
Of course finding said stallion was another matter. He paused in his stomping when he heard something behind him, his head swinging around enough to see the outline of another, though he was pretty sure it wasn’t the one he was hunting, and he didn’t fear anyone here enough to protect his back. So with a growl of frustration he bit out the single word what?
