Good points. My memory isn't what it used to be, but I vaguely recall a 6,7,8 coming in once at Orlando Jai Alai if I remember correctly. I don't ever recall seeing that combo more than once. I would guess it's possible in a 9 point game given a few extra rotations and allowing the numbers to get separated instead of knocking one another out.
