I've seen it personally twice. Last time I saw it, I was betting at Derby lane in St. Pete watching Miami, late 90's. There was still a jai alai betting section then where we all sat. A little black lady, older lady always bet straight tris every game probably 15-20 dollars worth and she had it. It paid ok but it was probably the smallest 6-7-8 in history, she won a decent amount but only like 11-1200. It was the 8th game, 9 pointer.
