Her surprise does not deter him from advancing. He continues to speak as if they were close friends despite having never uttered a word before now. This is how he likes his conversations to go anyway. With the other parry off guard by his actions and him with the upper hand. Of course she softly replies about not knowing he had been trailing along, his exact plan of action.
"Well, yeah. I saw you leaving and I figured we could go explore the world together. Too youngins off on an adventure for the first time." It was impossible to hide the grin on his face. His plan was working perfectly...until it suddenly wasn't. As he asks where they would bound off to there was suddenly an intruder pushing his way in on their conversation.
Damn he was barely been alone with the spotted mare for two second before another male was on them. He turns his eyes to the stranger who was had the more superior appearance in every way. At least for now as he was young and inexperienced. He causes him to put a little knowing he was bound to lose his new mare friend to the bigger stallion.
To his surprise the large intruder mentions the Lagoon. His eyes light up with curiosity especially since the large monster seems more focused on himself than the pretty little number at his side. "Let's go," her soft voice chimes in his ear. The spotted girl was clearly afraid of the newcomer.
This would be the first hard decision he had to make. One of many, he assumes, but the first. With how his new 'friend' looks he assumes she would turn tail the second she got the chance. He had a couple plays to run here. The question was which would get him the best chance with the lady later?
"You should go." He finally says with eyes glued to the massive stallion and his body turned in a protective manner infront of Edith. One might think he was warning the large stalliom, but instead his head turns to glance at the young spotted lady. "I will keep him busy while you escape. Just dont forget me, okay?" He allows the words to roll off his tongue quickly before his eyes are back on Wechuge.
Not even tiime to give his name, but at least she had something to remember about him. "Let her go." He says with a slam of his hoof to the ground.
