I will not touch, barter, trade, or do anything with them. For every foal you create that lives here in the lagoon, you must win a battle or bring in a new brother. If neither of these criteria are met, come them turning two and remaining in the lagoon, they are mine to do with as I see fit. Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

She listened to his words, chuckling when he asked why should it be obvious, she wanted to step forward, to prove she wasn�t afraid of him, even if it would technically be challenging him, however the foal behind her kept her hooves rooted to the ground, knowing that it would leave her daughter unprotected.
Tell me, if someone brought you to some unfamiliar place and then said you couldn�t leave of your own free will and if you try you�ll be hunted down, would you want to stay there? Or would you want the freedom to choose? She asked, tilting her head slightly, she knew he was going to come up with some excuse as to why it wasn�t like that. You say it�s where every member of her has the authority and desire to protect against outside threats? I�m pretty sure in a jail system that the jailers do the exact same thing to their captives.. sorry� prisoners, yet it�s still called a prison is it not? She asked.

She scoffed safe? This place isn�t safe for any foals, one wrong step and they could join the bones already at the bottom of the mud pits around here she snarled before shaking her head I don�t expect you to understand though she said with a huff. Tilting her head towards her right hip as she heard her daughter rise, knowing the filly would be hungry but not wanting to let her guard down around Khyber.

However his next words caught her attention as she focused on the stallion again, frowning in confusion What do you mean leaving the Lagoon? She still have no idea of the deal Abraxas had made, but the wheels were turning in her mind he�s arrange to get us out of here? she asked out loud though didn�t really expect Khyber to answer the question she had effectively asked the air.

She had told him if he wanted to have anything to do with Sadie, she�d have to get them out of the Lagoon because it was his fault they were here. If he really had succeeded in doing that then.. well, she didn�t know where their relationship would go.
However Khyber�s final words had her concerned, still as long as Sadie was safe that would be her main concern, Mercy could take care of herself but the young filly couldn�t.
She glanced back to Khyber as her foal nudged her side, Mercy wanted to care for her foal but she also wanted the privacy to do so, thinking she had nothing to lose by asking she took the chance now, I need to care for my daughter and I�d prefer privacy to do so, so can you please leave us be she asked, honestly not expect but who knew, miracles might happen.
