The retirees still put Martin and Quane in the runoff. I haven't talked to one active member that wants those two. Martin has been running for office since he got on the job almost 40 years ago so he has name recognition with retirees. And Quane's old man was well liked by the retirees. Neither is a reason to vote for these two. Replies:
